Their price per square foot is the best we found downtown. Not to mention the space is as nice as any we looked at. They went above and beyond to make sure our space was exactly what we wanted by way of construction and modification. We are close to the various courts we routinely practice in and there are countless law firms we do business with in the center itself only a short walk away.
Their attention to detail to ensure all of their tenants are well taken care of. We were astonished after moving in that a work order would be completed in a matter of minutes or hours as opposed to the days, and even weeks, it took our last property manager to accomplish the same thing. Ownership/management is clearly proud of their property and intend to keep it as one of, if not the, best in downtown Wichita
Mindy was great to work with! They were very flexible with decorations and the room offers lots of options for set up. The parking garage offers plenty of parking that is close, and we loved that we could bring our own food and drinks! At the Garvey Center you definitely get the best bang for your buck!
I chose the Garvey Center because I wanted a location in the Downtown area, because of all the beautiful lights, that went with my theme; Winter Wonderland. The Garvey Center is a beautiful space with a gorgeous staircase for great pictures. It is very intimate, with a very friendly staff to assist you.
